In light of the recent egg recall, V&C Foods would like to assure all of its customers that the eggs we source have NOT been affected. We source our eggs from two different distributors, Willamette Egg Farms and Glaum Egg Ranch. Willamette provides us with the V&C Brand conventional and liquid egg product. Glaum Egg Ranch, a local producer, provides us with cage-free and organic shell eggs.

V&C Foods is very excited to introduce two, new products to all of our customers.
Per the request of various chefs, we have begun carrying Rice Bran Oil in a 35 lb. container. This oil is very eco-friendly, as it burns the cleanest of all oils currently in the marketplace.
Secondly, in an effort to support a greater variety of local producers, we have brought in smoked meats from Sunnyvalley Smoked Meats, Inc. Currently, we are carrying their Smoked Bacon in a case size of 3/5 lb. pieces. We will be bringing in their Honey Cured and Black Forest Hams very soon. They also offer nitrate-free meats.

In an effort to expand upon our Organic line, V&C Foods has recently brought in products from Pacific Foods! Among the products we are currently offering are Soy Blenders to serve the needs of all Bay Area Baristas! Forget about those soy products that don’t cooperate when you’re trying to make that oh-so-perfect specialty coffee drink…Pacific Foods Soy Blenders are made to steam just like milk! In light of the new year, we at V&C Foods, have pondered over what else we could offer our customers. Though we pride ourselves on traditional values of quality service and fresh product, we understand the need to remain relevant and fresh (no pun intended).
